Booking & Studio Guidelines
We’re committed to creating a supportive and respectful environment for everyone who enters the space. Please review the policies below before booking.
1. Booking & Payment
All classes must be booked in advance through our online system.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Class passes and promotional offers (including Founders Rates) are non-transferable and cannot be shared between participants.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class.
• Cancellations made before the 12-hour window will retain their class credit.
• Late cancellations will result in a forfeited class credit.
• No-shows will be charged in full.
This policy allows us to maintain small group integrity and offer spots to those on the waitlist.
3. Late Arrival Policy
Out of respect for the group and the flow of class, late arrivals may not be admitted.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class begins, entry may be denied and your credit may be forfeited.
Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
4. Waitlist
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.
If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically notified and added to the class. Standard cancellation policies apply once added.
Please remove yourself from the waitlist if your availability changes.
5. Class Passes & Expiration
Class passes are valid for the time period specified at purchase.
Passes are non-refundable and cannot be extended unless otherwise stated.
Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and cannot be applied retroactively.
6. Health & Responsibility
By booking a class, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in movement-based activities.
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, limitations, or concerns prior to class.
You participate at your own discretion and responsibility.
7. Waiver Requirement
All participants must complete a liability waiver before attending their first class.
This is required at checkout and must be completed in full.
8. Studio Etiquette
• Bring your own mat and water bottle.
• Silence mobile devices.
• Respect the shared space and community energy.
We prioritize presence over performance.
Thank you for supporting a small, community-centered studio.
We look forward to moving with you.
