We'll work on gentle strength, range of motion, and simple movement patterns that support your knees, hips, shoulders, and spine. Biography: Nick is a personal trainer focused on helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay independent as they age. With a background in sports medicine and over 10 years of hands-on experience, I've worked with everyone from elite athletes to everyday people who just want their body to feel good again. My work is about longevity, building strength and mobility that actually lasts.
